Where do you source your teas from?
Our teas come from well-known tea plantations and a variety of organic farms all around the world.
Are all the flavors natural?
Teaniru’s teas are made with 100% natural flavors and ingredients. Our ingredients mainly consist of naturally sourced herbs, spices, flowers, and fruits. We strictly don’t use any artificial flavors or preservatives, just as you desire.
What is the shelf life of your teas?
The shelf life of tea varies for each blend. Our teas are all date stamped for your convenience.
Is your tea vegan?
Yes, all our teas are vegan.
Can it be re-steeped?
Yes, you can re-steep it and use it up to 2-3 times, just steep it for a little longer than the first time.
When will I receive my order?
As soon as you place your order on the Teaniru website, we pack, dispatch, and deliver your order within 5 – 7 business days.
How can I try a sample of your product?

Can I cancel my order partially?
